No. We ship orders using Royal Mail second class, which does not provide tracking details. For this reason, once your order has been shipped we cannot provide any more information on its status or wherabouts.

If the address you entered is invalid, the parcel should be returned to us and then we will contact you for redelivery whereby you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Yes! If your order is a gift, add to the order notes at checkout who the gift is for and what to write. We will then package the order with our gift packaging and add in a handwritten note addressed to them, at no extra cost.

All of our jewellery is made from either sterling silver 925 or 18kt gold. Some necklaces are made with elastic, and this will be clearly stated in their description.
