Orders and Shipping 🚚 

When will my order be dispatched?

We usually aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days.

How long does delivery take?

For UK orders, it depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracked 48 orders deliver within 2-3 working days and Tracked 24 orders deliver the next working day.

International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to a select few countries internationally (Netherlands and Denmark). We are working on expanding our reach though!

How can I track my order?

Orders in the UK will receive an email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. You will also receive delivery updates directly from Royal Mail via email.

What materials is Loopy Hoops jewellery made from?

We use a wide range of materials! We will always specify which one in the product description.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our pieces are hypoallergenic. However, everyone's skin is different, so we can't say for sure that everyone will react the same way. If irritation does occur, stop wearing the item immediately.

Will it tarnish?

With proper care, our jewellery is built to last. We recommend following our jewellery care guide to keep your jewellery looking its best.

With every order you will receive:

  • stickers
  • hair clips
  • keychain with your initial
  • receipt & thank you note

Is there a minimum spend for freebies?

Nope! We treat every order with the same amount of love, so no matter how much you spend you'll always receive the freebies listed above 💖

Is your jewellery suitable for gifting?

Yes! If you'd like us to write a custom message or have any specific freebie or packaging requests, you can add a note to your order at checkout.
